The Keithley 2200 Series includes high-quality, programmable DC power supplies with an output range of 20V to 72V and power ratings between 86W and 150W. Designed for use in research labs, electronics development, and automated test systems, these devices offer an ideal combination of precision, versatility, and ease of use.
Thanks to a voltage accuracy of 0.03%, a current resolution of 0.1 mA, and low ripple (<5 mVp-p), the power supplies enable precise and clean power supplies – even for sensitive or power-saving devices. The integrated remote sense function compensates for line losses and ensures that the set voltage actually reaches the device under test (DUT).
The 2200 Series supports both constant voltage and current regulation and offers extensive protection features such as overcurrent and overvoltage protection, timed shutdown, and a front panel lockout to protect against unintentional changes during test operation.
The devices feature a clear dual display that shows both target and actual values simultaneously. Test sequences can be quickly and efficiently mapped using up to 40 storable setups or the integrated list mode with up to 80 steps. Control is via USB or GPIB, with standardized SCPI commands and included drivers facilitating integration into automated test environments.
