The Keithley 2280S Series programmable DC power supplies combine high-resolution measurement capabilities with a stable, low-noise power supply—ideal for the development and characterization of modern electronic systems. With the ability to precisely monitor load currents from as low as 100 nA up to 6 A and measure voltage and current with 6.5-digit resolution, the devices enable precise analysis of even the smallest power changes.
The 2280S series offers up to 192 W of regulated output power with low noise and programmable rise and fall times to specifically prevent voltage overshoots and sags. Thanks to integrated waveform capture from 140 µs, graphical representation directly on the high-resolution TFT display, and intuitive operation via a soft-key and icon-based interface, power analysis is significantly simplified.
Further highlights include automated output sequences, fast output voltage discharge (up to 0.45 A), extensive interfaces (GPIB, USB, LAN, digital I/O), and an integrated web interface for remote control. Compatibility with KickStart software also enables fast setup and efficient test automation.
