Keithley 2450 SourceMeter® – Precision meets ease of use
The Keithley 2450 SourceMeter® combines a meter, voltage source, current source, and electronic load into a single, powerful instrument. With its intuitive operation via the large, high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen, it enables particularly quick and easy configuration. Thanks to a base accuracy of 0.012% at 6.5-digit resolution and the new 20 mV and 10 nA measurement ranges, even the smallest signals can be measured with extreme precision.
The 2450 supports four-quadrant operation for source and sink applications and offers four convenient Quickset modes that allow you to start measurements instantly. Front-panel banana jacks and rear triax connectors are available for maximum flexibility. Programming via SCPI, TSP®, or the 2400-compatible mode is convenient and enables easy use in automated test systems. A front-panel USB port allows you to save data, settings, and perform software updates directly on the device.
