Keithley 2601B-PULSE – Precise high-speed pulse measurements at SMU level
The Keithley 2601B-PULSE SourceMeter® SMU instrument combines the power of a source measure unit with the speed of a pulse generator—ideal for demanding characterization of modern power semiconductors. With an industry-leading pulse power of 10 A @ 10 V at a pulse width of only 10 µs, the 2601B-PULSE offers a unique combination of current, speed, and accuracy.
With DC capability up to ±40 V at ±1.0 A (up to 40 W) and the ability to drive inductive loads up to 3 µH without tuning, the device is ideal for a wide range of test environments. The dual 1-megasample/s digitizers enable precise I/V pulse measurements in pulser mode.
The integrated TSP® (Test Script Processor) technology allows complete test programs to be executed directly on the device – for maximum throughput with minimal latency. TSP-Link® technology also enables the easy setup of multi-channel test systems without a mainframe.
The 2601B-PULSE offers comprehensive connectivity via USB 2.0, LXI Core, GPIB, RS-232, and digital I/O. It is also supported by the user-friendly Keithley KickStart software, which allows for easy operation without programming knowledge.
