Keithley 2600B Series – High-precision SMU solutions for automated I-V characterization
The Keithley 2600B series combines high-accuracy voltage and current sources with precise measurement functions in a compact 4-quadrant meter. With 6.5-digit resolution and the industry's widest dynamic range—from 10 A pulse to 0.1 fA and 200 V to 100 nV—the series offers maximum flexibility for a wide range of applications in research, development, and production.
Thanks to the integrated web interface, the device can be conveniently controlled from any browser worldwide without the need for additional software. Compatibility with the Keithley IVy Mobile App also enables easy I/V characterization via any Android device. TSP® (Test Script Processing) technology allows complete test programs to be embedded directly into the device, ensuring particularly efficient system solutions – without any external control.
TSP-Link® allows multiple 2600B Series instruments to be combined into a multi-channel, synchronized test system. The integrated software emulation of the Keithley 2400 Series simplifies the migration of existing test workflows. Extensive interfaces such as USB 2.0, LXI-C, GPIB, RS-232, and digital I/O, as well as free software drivers and debug tools, make integration into existing systems particularly easy.
The series can optionally be expanded with the ACS-Basic software for comprehensive characterization of semiconductor components – ideal for demanding laboratories and automated test environments.
