Tektronix IsoVu-TIVP Series – isolated probes for precise high-voltage measurements

Full galvanic isolation, high common-mode voltages and excellent measurement accuracy for demanding power electronics applications.

Tektronix IsoVu probes provide accurate voltage and current measurements with full galvanic isolation thanks to optical signal transmission and Power over Fibre. Their compact design makes them up to five times smaller than previous models, while delivering the highest bandwidth, wide dynamic range and exceptional common-mode rejection. With a differential measurement range of up to ±2,500 V, a common-mode voltage range of ±60 kV and a CMRR of up to 160 dB, they are ideal for SiC and GaN semiconductor designs, high-voltage applications and fast, demanding measurement tasks.
