    • High-voltage differential probe

    A high-voltage differential probe is used to measure the voltage difference between two test points, neither of which is connected to ground. High-voltage differential probes from Tektronix can be used for signals up to 6,000 V. These probes are particularly well suited for measuring non-ground-referenced, potential-free or isolated signals. This is mainly due to their common-mode rejection capability. Tektronix handles the development, manufacturing and maintenance of these products in-house.
