The EA-PU 10000 4U series from EA Elektro-Automatik combines high performance, compact design, and maximum flexibility in a single device. With up to 30 kW output power per unit, a wide voltage range of 0–2000 V, and currents up to 1000 A, this series is ideal for use in test benches, research, development, and industrial manufacturing.
Despite its compact height of just 4U, the series offers an impressive range of functions. Integrated autoranging technology allows for flexible power distribution—high voltages or high currents, as required. Digital control with 16-bit ADCs/DACs and selectable control speed (Normal, Fast, Slow) ensures precise and dynamic responses in all applications.
With four control modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) and fast crossover functions, the EA-PU 10000 4U is perfectly equipped for a wide range of testing tasks. The devices feature a wide input voltage range of 208–480V AC with active power factor correction (typically 0.99), ensuring high energy efficiency and worldwide usability.
For larger power systems, the series supports both galvanically isolated Share Bus and master-slave operation with up to 64 units, enabling power solutions in the range of over 1 MW. Integration into automated test environments is effortless via established interfaces such as SCPI, ModBus, LabVIEW, and IVI.
