The EA-PU 10000 6U series from EA Elektro-Automatik represents the latest technology in programmable DC power supplies – compact, efficient, and powerful. With up to 60 kW per unit, a flexible output range up to 2000 V / 480 A, and an efficiency of up to 96%, it is ideal for demanding applications in industry, research, development, and test environments.
Thanks to the integrated autoranging function, each output stage automatically offers a wide range of voltage and current combinations, making them particularly versatile and efficient. The devices feature four precise control modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) with fast transitions – ideal for dynamic test sequences.
Another highlight is the digital control concept with 16-bit ADCs and DACs, which ensures particularly fine resolution and high control accuracy. The galvanically isolated Share Bus technology allows up to 64 units to be synchronized, enabling total outputs in the megawatt range – without compromising on safety and controllability.
The wide input voltage range (380–480 V AC, 3-phase) with active power factor correction (typically 0.99) ensures maximum energy efficiency even at the supply level. Furthermore, the devices support common interfaces and protocols such as SCPI, ModBus, LabVIEW, and IVI, making integration into automated test systems particularly easy.
