EA-PUL 10000 6U – Regenerative, programmable electronic loads up to 60 kW
The EA-PUL 10000 6U series from EA Elektro-Automatik combines state-of-the-art technology with maximum energy efficiency—specifically developed for demanding test and simulation tasks in the field of DC power supplies, batteries, fuel cells, solar systems, and other energy sources. With a power output of up to 60 kW per device and a wide voltage and current range up to 2000 V / 480 A, this series offers maximum flexibility and scalability.
A special highlight: The devices are regenerative, meaning they feed the absorbed energy back into the grid with minimal loss – efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. Typical efficiency is up to 96%, which significantly reduces operating costs and simultaneously contributes to CO₂ reduction.
Thanks to four precise control modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) with fast transition response and digital control via 16-bit ADCs/DACs, the electrical behavior can be controlled precisely and reproducibly. The integrated autoranging function enables flexible load profiles without manual switching between current and voltage ranges.
The galvanically isolated ShareBus system allows up to 64 devices to be operated in a master-slave configuration—ideal for large test systems with power levels in the megawatt range. A wide range of communication interfaces (SCPI, ModBus, LabVIEW, IVI) ensure easy integration into existing test environments and automation systems.
