Powerful, regenerative DC loads for demanding test applications
The EA-ELR 10000 3U series of programmable electronic DC loads combine maximum efficiency with intelligent energy recovery. With power ratings of 5 kW, 10 kW, and 15 kW per unit and a wide input voltage range of 208 V – 480 V AC (3-phase), these devices are ideal for power-intensive test environments. Thanks to grid recovery with an efficiency of over 96%, they operate particularly energy-efficiently. The flexible, auto-ranging inputs support voltages up to 2000 V and currents up to 510 A.
An integrated function generator, battery and photovoltaic test modes (including MPPT), and various control modes (CV, CC, CP, CR) ensure maximum precision and versatility in test operations. The devices feature intuitive 5" TFT touchscreen operation, digital control with 16-bit ADCs/DACs, and a wide range of interfaces including SCPI, ModBus, LabVIEW, and IVI. The integrated share and master-slave bus allows parallel operation of up to 64 devices—ideal for scalable high-performance applications.
