TBS2000B Series

Mit einem 9-Zoll-WVGA-Display, einer Aufzeichnungslänge von 5 Millionen Punkten und einer Abtastrate von 2 GS/s bieten die Oszilloskope der Serie TBS2000B eine deutlich verbesserte Erfassung und Darstellung von Signalen, was eine schnellere Überprüfung und Fehlerbehebung in Schaltungsdesigns ermöglicht. Mit 32 neuen Cursor-Messwerten, die direkt am Signal angezeigt werden und jeweils mit informativen Tipps versehen sind, können Signale schnell und zuverlässig analysiert werden. Die TekVPI®-Tastkopfschnittstelle unterstützt herkömmliche passive BNC-Tastköpfe, kann aber auch mit den neuesten aktiven Spannungs- und Stromtastköpfen verwendet werden.
